The best solution to our problem was not obvious. You responded promptly to our request for advice and developed a cost effective approach that involved some lateral thinking and an ability to adapt techniques to particular circumstances. Your quote was straightforward with no hidden extras. The choices we needed to make were discussed with us with appropriate recommendations.

You gave us a realistic indication of when you would be able to start and when, depending on the weather, you could expect to complete. You let us know when the team would arrive and what they would be doing and if there was a change of plan you advised us of that.

We enjoyed having Neil and Richard on site. They were clearly experienced in their work and took pride in it. They were careful, thorough and efficient. They kept the site tidy and above all they were nice guys to have around.

I would just like to express my thanks and appreciation towards Dennis and his team from Fibreglass Specialists for the installation of our new inground swimming pool.

This was a huge decision for my wife and myself to make to actually install a swimming pool knowing nothing about them at all.

We contacted several outlets in the Wellington region re information and quotes for the inground pools, but found none of them to be very helpful at all. From taking a long time to return phone calls, to representatives turning up looking very untidy and unprofessional this did absolutley nothing for our confidence in the installers.

However Fibreglass Specialists really did re instill our faith that there are in fact still professional contractors out there who do actually care about their clients. Not only were we kept well informed of all procedures, we were shown how things were done from stage to stage and nothing was too much of a problem for the team.

All question were answered , phone calls were returned promptly , they arrived promptly when they said they would and worked long hours for us. The whole team was very polite and courteous and the workmanship was outstanding.

Such a big descision was made so easy, all the worry and not knowing was taken off our shoulders and collected by Dennis and his team. Money very well spent in our eyes and the kids think Christmas has come early.

Once again thank you so much for putting the smiles on my childrens face and making what we thought was a daunting task so easy. This would now have to be one of the best descisions we have made.
